Job – What you’ll be doing

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships across the apprenticeship and skills market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new employer and partner relationships
  • Promoting apprenticeship and assessment services to new and existing clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and employers
  • Working closely with internal delivery and compliance teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets

Ideal Candidate – What we’re looking for

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience working for an End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) or Awarding Organisation (AO)
  • A successful track record in business development, sales, or partnerships within the education, training, or apprenticeship sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your own pipeline
