Our client have a strong commitment to education and training, currently operating as an assessment centre and have previously been involved in setting-up apprenticeship standards. Now, on behalf of their industry are planning to set-up as an End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO)
This is unique opportunity to come in and build an EPAO - the role is all-encompassing meaning you'll be comfortable in wearing several hats in a "start-up" type environment.
Design & Implement EPA business strategy and promoting this to our clients existing contacts and new networking opportunities
Setting budgets, sales targets and pricing for EPA opportunties
Taking the operational lead in developing, implementing and managing the EPA process ensuring you are meeting the needs of clients
Taking the lead ensuring our client reach Ofqual recognition (aiming for December 2021) and acting as a senior responsible officer for all compliance with ESFA and Ofqual conditions
Develop excellent working relationships with training providers, employers and other key stakeholders
Produce contract and service level agreements
Recruiting experts and assessors for developing and EPA practices
Reviewing quality along with the Quality Manager
The person & qualifications
Experienced within End Point Assessment at a senior level (EPA Manager/Delivery Manager)
Knowledge of Ofqual/ESFA
Ideally will be a senior responsible officer for compliance
Understand EPAO workings
