Gateway Qualifications have developed their service by listening to providers and researching the needs of the market; from this, they have formed their approach, which promises to be apprentice-centric, with an emphasis on fairness, transparency, and flexibility.

From Gateway Qualifications’ EPA service, you can expect:

  • Dedicated support and guidance from the EPA Team, in partnership with their customers
  • Tailored EPA service to meet the needs and requirements of the apprentice, provider and employer, as Gateway Qualifications recognise that one size doesn’t fit all
  • Reliable and flexible Assessors with national coverage
  • Clear resources and support material available for the apprentice, provider and employer, including mock materials and videos

Gateway Qualifications offer end-point assessment for five apprenticeship standards:

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
  • Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
  • Level 3 Business Administrator
  • Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager

These standards all fall into the Business and Administration sector, and build on their existing suite of qualifications and expertise.
