EPA Hub was very easy to navigate and easy to add applications onto the system. It was also very slick in terms of viewing candidates. I liked that I got notifications at every step in the process, from adding my applications which were also easy to edit. It was great that the system notified me of applications and auto attached the cv. It is difficult to give the exact number of impressions, but I did like that OAL were promoted on linked inn and increased the website view.
Overall Customer Service was excellent from the support and training given to the catch up sessions in between and made it a great experience.
